Our Design-Build Analysis is a detailed evaluation and analysis of a proposed project and is based on a combination of our client’s wishes and our technical research to support the feasibility of a project. The criteria used to judge feasibility are the costs and the value to be attained. To determine a project’s feasibility, we:
Listen to and analyze your needs and wishes regarding the project
Develop an accurate floor plan of your home
Objectively and rationally analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the existing residence
Produce schematic concepts of the project through thoughtfully-considered design
Provide a Cost Analysis Estimate for these designs
